Online Transaction Complaint

  •   Customers can registered online complaint for failed electronic transaction (Wrong UPI/IMPS Transfer) here, So that necessory action may be intiated by the bank regarding raising chargebacks to the beneficiary banks/merchants. It is advised customer to wait for 2-3 days for auto resolution before registered online complaint here.

Fraud Transaction Complaint

  •   Customers can report the unauthorized electronic transaction here, So that necessory action may be intiated by the bank regarding stop/hold/raising fraud chargeback for the reported transaction. Simultaneusly, It is advised to the customer to report the unauthorized electronic transcation to the Cyber Cell of the local police station or Online complaint to Cyber Crime Department or on Cyber Helpline Number 1930.

General Banking Complaint

  •  Customer can report general banking complaints here related to Branch Services, Loan, Deposit, Locker, Other Services etc.


      The Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021

      •  Dear valued customer, The Bank is covered under the Reserve Bank of India- Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.

      • In case any complaint or grievance against the Bank is not addressed within 30 days or if not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the same may be addressed to the RBI Ombudsman of the respective area on the dedicated e-mail as mentioned below.


      • Complaints can also be filed online on https://cms.rbi.org.in alternatively complaint may be sent in physical mode to the 'Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre' set up at Reserve Bank of India.      (Click here for the format of form)
